I have to say my absolute FAVORITE alphabet book is Chicka Chicka Boom Boom: Anniversary Edition by Bill Martin Jr. When I found out that I was pregnant I headed to the book store to pick up some of my favorites from when I was a child and Chicka Chicka Boom Boom was the first book I bought. Unfortunately our copy didn't make it through Maddie's eating and tearing books stage. :( Instead of reading the story today I found a YouTube video of it that is awesome!
Enjoy!
We made a Chicka Chicka Boom Boom: Anniversary Edition tree for today's craft! Maddie used green finger paint to make the palm tree. Then as we watched the video (over and over and over and over....) she added some alphabet stickers to go along with the song.

seriously, you are so great at bringing together a theme! I love the craft you did! And many of our books were also lost to the eating & tearing phase of babyhood!
So cute...we will be doing the Chicka Chicka Boom Boom project after Emily's nap she is going to love the video and project. Thanks for the idea!!!
