Homemade Blueberry White Chocolate Ice Cream

I few weeks ago I discovered this Ahhhhmazing and easy peasy homemade ice cream recipe. Even better- no churning required! It's a simple mix and freeze recipe that yields super yummy and super smooth ice cream. We are in love!

The original recipe we made was a s'mores version (yumm-o!) but this time we wanted to incorporate some delicious blueberries from the farmer's market.

The stars: 2 cups heavy whipping cream, 1 can sweetened condensed milk, 1 tbs vanilla extract, 1 cup frozen & halved fresh blueberries, 1/2 err 1 cup white chocolate chips

Seriously the easiest recipe EVER. Toss the cream in your Kitchen Aid and whip it up nice into beautiful whipped cream.

While you are making the whipped cream combine the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract.

Time to fold the cream into the milk. Now add the mix-ins! Hello beautiful blueberries!

We now have a designated ice cream container that we use for our mixtures!

About 6 hours later (we wait a day) your delicious and creamy ice cream is ready! Enjoy!

Does it taste or feel like whipped cream? Or is it just like icecream?
