Fabric De-Stash: Appliques

Once in a while I just feel this unexplainable NEED to sew something. My lack of actual sewing knowledge definitely limits me but I was able to stitch up a few cute little long sleeved tees for Maddie this week. As a bonus I was also able to use some fabric scraps I had laying around!

My sewing stills are still less than desirable but Maddie loves her new shirts and I think they are pretty cute. I think next time I am going to try removing my presser foot completely with hopes that it will be a bit easier to stitch along my appliques.

You can always find some solid color tees on the cheap so this is a great way to pretty them up a bit!

Those are adorable! And although you might call it easy, I'm still very impressed.
