When we moved here last August we bought a membership to both the zoo and the Virginia Living Museum within a few weeks BUT now both memberships have expired. Instead of renewing and visiting the same 2 places over and over again we decided to give some place else a try. We met some friends a few weeks ago the newly reopened Children's Museum of Virginia and we were in love instantly!
This place is HUGE! Okay maybe not as big as the children's museum in Boston but it is still 2 floors of complete awesomeness!
If you are local to the area or happen to be visiting anytime soon I HIGHLY suggest stopping by for a visit!
