Baking a rainbow

We have been happily enjoying the sunshine on this lovely St. Patrick's Day but we surely couldn't let the day pass without a little special treat!

Time for a little baking!

We used the Family Fun recipe and had lots o' fun making rainbow cupcakes!

I decided to give The Pioneer Woman's new frosting recipe a try today too!

I can without a doubt say this is now my FAVORITE frosting. It's dangerous though. Be warned. It tastes like sweet clouds that couldn't possibly be fattening. Well it is. Even the crumbs are cute!
