When we moved to Virginia I figured if we were lucky we would see snow once a season and of course me being a New England girl was not happy with that thought. Surprise of all surprises we have seen snow twice this week! Monday it snowed all day but never really stuck. It was beautiful, but cold especially since we had to be out and about that day (totally worth it to see this though!).
All of Virginia seemed to shut down for today's snow though! We are only expecting to get 2 to 4 inches but it was enough for Maddie to throw on some snow clothes and head outside.
I am still hoping for a white Christmas when we head to Connecticut but this pretty snow made me smile.
Funny enough we only have size 18 month snow pants in our house- not very good for a 4 year old! Oops!
Someone was happy to see the pretty flakes!
